Overview Project Manager I at J.F. White Contracting Co. Responsibilities Full responsibility for an entire project, including safety, quality, schedule, coordination, profitability and progress of the work. Be the first point of contact for the owner and handle all commercial aspects. Be involved in the project from advertisement to estimating and award through construction and final completion. Be responsible for one or more projects depending on contract amounts and project demand. Estimating Correspondence and negotiations with client Subcontract and purchase order preparation and approval Job cost reviews Cost forecast reviews Change order and claim preparation M/W/DBE selection, auditing, and compliance Scheduling oversight Invoice approval Site staff personnel management Control estimate preparation Monitoring of compliance with quality and safety standards Qualifications Minimum of 10 years experience preferably in heavy highway civil construction Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering or similar degree Preferred Experience with software such as Heavyjob, HeavyBid, Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM, and Fieldwire is preferred Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
