Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our mental health team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and social requirements, incorporating comprehensive evaluations of their background, challenges, and symptoms to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.

• Providing effective psychotherapy or counseling services utilizing evidence-based models, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). You will create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop the skills needed to overcome challenges.

• Collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans that identify specific goals, intervention techniques, and measurable outcomes while regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies to meet clients’ evolving needs.

• Advocating for client needs by assisting with access to necessary resources, whether healthcare, social services, or financial support, ensuring clients receive the comprehensive care they require.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. By collaborating with families and school personnel, you will play an essential role in creating individualized care plans that are sensitive to each child's unique circumstances and needs, ultimately aiming to enhance educational experiences and personal development.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, validating your expertise in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
