Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Contract | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab and/or Electrophysiology setting within an acute care hospital environment
• Respond to STEMI call as required; clinicians with neuro skills may alternate between STEMI and neuro call days
• Fulfill on-call obligations including 2 nights per week (post-shift) and 1 weekend every 2 weeks (7 on-call days per pay period)
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using the facility's electronic health record system
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum of 1.5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience (hard stop; candidates with less experience will not be considered)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (must not be expired)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Availability to meet on-call requirements: 2 nights/week post-shift and 1 weekend per 2-week pay period
• No first-time travelers; prior travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab / EP experience strongly preferred
• Neuro skills highly preferred; candidates with neuro experience may be assigned to alternate STEMI and neuro call rotations
