This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and with strong service to agents, clients, and internal partners.What You’ll DoLead daily workflow, production, and service expectations for post-issue annuity transactionsReview backlog reports, monitor workloads, and help ensure transactions are processed timely and accuratelyCoach, support, and provide feedback to team members while helping them understand expectations and prioritiesAssist with onboarding, training, performance discussions, and employee developmentSupport quality assurance by reviewing work, identifying trends, and helping reduce errorsPartner with agents, clients, marketing, auditors, HR, and internal teams to resolve questions and provide updatesIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend ways to improve controls, procedures, reporting, and efficiencySupport special projects and contribute to team goals, KPIs, and service level agreementsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferredTwo + years of demonstrated leadership, team lead, coaching, or supervisory experience Experience in financial services, insurance, annuities, banking, accounting, or transaction processing strongly preferredGeneral understanding of accounting concepts, debits/credits, financial products, or similar products is helpfulStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external partnersAbility to prioritize work, hold others accountable, ask thoughtful questions, and identify better ways of doing things.What Will Help You SucceedYou are comfortable leading a team in a production-focused environmentYou enjoy learning processes, asking questions, and looking for ways to improve efficiencyYou communicate clearly, professionally, and oftenYou can balance quality, quantity, accuracy, and service expectationsYou are adaptable, open to feedback, and able to support a team through changing prioritiesWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time, onsite position based at League City - Texas, Marina One.
