Healthcare Coordinator Director

Job Summary Doors to Freedom in Summerville, SC, is looking for a full-time, trauma-informed RN with compassion and experience in Pediatrics and Psychiatry to include case management. The ideal candidate will offer advocacy during medical visits, organize medical, dental, and specialized care appointments, provide support during emergencies, and recognize changes in behaviors and conditions through a trauma-informed lens. This role emphasizes advocacy and case management. Responsibilities Advocacy and case management. Medication administration. Starting/stopping medications as per medical provider advice. Providing feedback on effectiveness. Adaptable and establishing connections with teenagers effortlessly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Experience working with teenagers and individuals who have complex trauma. Keen interest in the age group. Compassion, advocacy, and case management skills. Compensation Competitive hourly salary range of $30 to $35 an hour. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly.
