Centralized Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities Responsible for maximizing the potential of the automated nurse scheduling program Maintaining accurate data in scheduling and payroll systems Working with Managers to create and generate work schedules for all unit staff Coordinating the scheduling of associates to meet unit and individual needs Collaborating with the PRN staff, students, and Mobile Resource Pool for scheduling Creating audit reports and analyzing data to maintain integrity of the for-Nursing Units system-wide Ensuring payroll is accurate and checking time punches Assisting with department-specific orientation for new hires and students Requirements High School Diploma or GED (required) Associate degree (preferred) 1 year of recent hospital, scheduling, payroll or data entry experience (preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Scheduling Software Data Analysis Attention to detail Critical thinking Communication with all levels of professionals Teamwork Conflict resolution Active listening Relationship building Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in scheduling and payroll management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
