Now Hiring: Warehouse / Receiving Supervisor

Location: Pasadena, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $23.00–$24.00/hour

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Receiving Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, receiving activities, inventory accuracy, and component storage for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse leadership experience who is organized, safety-focused, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and receiving operations.
• Unload inbound shipments, including bottles, caps, labels, cartons, pallets, solvents, and raw materials.
• Receive and properly store inventory using FIFO practices.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with the Procurement team.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage to maximize space and efficiency.
• Stage materials for upcoming production schedules.
• Complete receiving documentation and submit all required paperwork.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Train and direct support personnel on daily warehouse tasks.
• Operate forklifts safely while following all company safety policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse and inventory duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience .
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong inventory control and receiving experience.
• Ability to accurately count and reconcile inventory.
• Comfortable learning ERP and barcode inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse and outdoor conditions as needed.

Required Certification

• DOT 49 CFR Ground Transportation Certification (current or previously held). Candidates whose certification has expired are encouraged to apply—we will cover the cost of renewal for qualified candidates.
