Janitor / Custodian

Our client, a nationwide leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, has an immediate need for experienced Janitor / Custodian, to join their growing team in Fairfield. Our candidate of choice will perform a variety of routine procedures to maintain various plant locations in a clean and orderly condition while following prescribed safety rules and compliance with OSHA regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS

Cleans all restrooms throughout the plant and stocks with necessary supplies – First priority Cleans all vending areas, break rooms and reception areas – Second priority Cleans and maintains perfect sanitary conditions in the First Aid Room Removes all trash from containers in production areas to the compactor Cleans front office, lab and administrative offices on a rotating basis Keeps necessary records (i.e., daily checklist, etc.) Detects and reports improper operation, faulty equipment, inferior quality, and other Gives proper care to all equipment used Keeps work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition Follows prescribed safety rules and complies with OSHA regulations Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds Please apply today to be immediately considered for the role! #J-18808-Ljbffr Elgen Staffing
