For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and triage incident tickets received during production seasonWork with dev team and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects in production environmentReview and approve requirements adhere to standardsAssist development team in refinement of backlogReview, reconcile, and troubleshoot dataOutline requirements from business partners and translate to User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaResponsible for both agile product knowledge and technical knowledgeWrite, maintain, and execute test cases for enhancementsFacilitate User Acceptance and E2E Testing with StakeholdersProject management/supporting multiple projects and productsDemonstrate leadership skills and the ability to influenceOther duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry with an understanding of medical terminology and clinical care2+ years of experience in agile methodology and tools experience writing and prioritizing capabilities, features, user stories and acceptance criteria from a business perspective2+ years of demonstrated Project support for multiple projects/ products1+ years of experience writing and analyzing SQL/T-SQL codeProven intermediate to advanced proficiency in all MS Office Suite programs (Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)Demonstrated problem solving skills to include the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of actionDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influenceProven excellent verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others Reside in the USPreferred QualificationsIntermediate experience with User Interface applicationsExperience with Tableau and Data VisualizationExperience with AI Tools and use of Agents to enhance productivityComprehensive knowledge of HEDIS® or other national health care quality reporting standardsProven solid leadership and interpersonal skillsSoft Skills and CompetenciesAbility to utilize critical thinking skills to ensure necessary work is being done for each projectAbility to work multiple projects at one time and maintain all project timelinesAbility to work with all levels of leadership (front line to Vice President)Ability to communicate via email clearly and conciselyAbility to solve complex questionsAbility to discuss and resolve issues surrounding requirements alongside business partner with little to no assistanceAbility to have a positive and productive working relationship with business partnersAbility to manage own time efficiently and effectivelyAbility to clearly communicate expectations and deliverablesAbility to understand how to gather data or perform analysisAbility to identify solutions to non-standard requests and problemsAbility to learn new technologiesAbility to work as a team player and with minimal guidance. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
