About the Opportunity:

A well-established Chicagoland organization is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join its onsite team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, managing administrative processes, and providing compassionate support in a professional environment.

This opportunity is best suited for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a combination of customer service, billing support, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests both in person and over the phone
• Process invoices, payments, and service-related documentation
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and administrative tracking
• Assist with sales and service support functions
• Support customers through sensitive or emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate paperwork, inventory tracking, and general office support duties
• Assist clients with on-site service coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate and problem solve
• Comfortable discussing billing, payments, and service-related fees
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data entry skills
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Polish is a plus

Preferred Background:

• Experience in retail, healthcare, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments
• Experience handling sensitive customer interactions
• Familiarity with administrative office procedures and systems

Additional Details:

• 100% onsite role in the South Suburbs of Chicago
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Quarterly bonus opportunities based on office performance
