Restaurant General Manager – Luxury Hospitality Location: Ocala, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $105,000–$115,000 Additional: Cell Phone Stipend + Relocation Assistance May Be Available Schedule: Hospitality flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Position Overview Our client, a premier luxury hospitality destination , is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead Front of House operations for an upscale, high-volume restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing an Assistant General Manager and approximately 35–40 FOH team members . The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while developing the team, managing financial performance, and maintaining elevated service standards. What You’ll Do Lead all daily Front of House operations while maintaining luxury-level service standards. Manage, coach, and develop the Assistant General Manager and FOH team. Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing hospitality professionals. Establish clear service expectations and hold the team accountable for performance. Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout restaurant operations. Monitor labor, scheduling, operating expenses, revenue, and overall restaurant performance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and the guest experience. Resolve guest concerns professionally and provide effective service recovery. Build relationships with guests and create a welcoming, high-touch hospitality environment. Partner closely with culinary and Back of House leadership to ensure seamless service execution. Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and alcohol-service requirements. Support special events, peak-volume periods, and other hospitality operations as needed. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience. Leadership experience within an upscale, luxury, fine dining, resort, or polished full-service restaurant environment. Proven ability to successfully lead and develop sizable Front of House teams. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and labor management. Experience managing restaurant financials, operating costs, and cost-control initiatives. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-development skills. Strong guest-service and service-recovery abilities. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain composed and make effective decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours required by hospitality operations. Highly Preferred Luxury hotel or resort hospitality experience. Fine dining or upscale restaurant leadership experience. Experience managing 35+ Front of House employees. Background delivering high-touch service to luxury clientele. Compensation & Perks $105,000–$115,000 annual salary. Cell phone stipend.
