General Manager
Lead a team to success as a General Manager at Wendy's, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and ensuring a great experience for both employees and guests.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Manage hiring, training, and performance of staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct financial analysis and manage budgets effectively.
Represent Wendy’s brand values and maintain high standards.
