Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: BHF 0022 - Ocala, FL 34470 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Job Category: Retail Role Overview A General Manager In Training is promoted or brought into the organization with the intent of being trained and prepared for a future management role within the company. This role differs from the MIT role as this individual is expected to obtain the proficiency to run a store location within 120-180 days.
