About this role in the team:

At BVNK, we are building the global operating system for money movement. To power our next era of hyper-growth, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy to act as a strategic force multiplier across the company. The BizOps & Strategy team is the central execution engine that turns enterprise-wide complexity into strategic and operational clarity with long-term business outcomes.

Partnering closely with our Exec team, you will architect and own strategic initiatives related to three core pillars: Strategic Planning, Cross-Functional Delivery, and AI Enablement & Scale. You will solve the business's hardest unstructured problems, challenge assumptions, and scale our operating cadence across our entire organization. 

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Executive Ownership: Architect, govern, and own the company-wide strategic planning process and OKR engine, partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to drive alignment, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and refresh corporate priorities
• Growth Strategy Creation & Implementation: Bridge product, engineering, and commercial teams to align product roadmaps with go-to-market strategies, including leading on building expansion and vertical strategies where necessary 
• Revenue Sizing & Business Case Modeling: Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis, market sizing, and financial modeling to evaluate new growth vectors, strategic bets, pricing strategies, and resource allocation
• Large-Scale Program Management & Delivery: Mobilize and lead complex, mission-critical cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, establishing accountability frameworks to turn enterprise-level strategies into measurable business outcomes
• AI Enablement, Scale, and Implementation: Champion organizational efficiency by deploying AI tools, automation workflows, and scalable operational playbooks to optimize cross-departmental productivity and eliminate operational friction

What we need from you:

• 8 - 12 years experience in a fast-paced Tech environment, with a track record of high performance in strategy & operations (S&O) / business operations (BizOps) roles
• Proven Executive presence : Deep experience directly influencing and advising C-level executives, presenting complex trade-offs, and driving alignment across conflicting priorities
• Experience in leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end, with a solid track record of ownership and exceeding expectations 
• Ability to distill ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction , ensuring organizational understanding of the why, what, and when of any critical initiative
• Intellectual curiosity, innate hunger, and courage to work with high levels of ambiguity and imperfect information, challenging assumptions at all levels of the organization

Compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

$165,000—$210,000 USD
