Seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee projects in the Bozeman area . This company has built its reputation on teamwork, integrity, and delivering projects that stand the test of time.


What You’ll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  
  
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  
  
• Work closely with the Project Manager to manage budgets, schedules, and quality control
  
  
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability on the job site
  
  
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and trade partners
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  
  
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices
  
  
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams
  
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects preferred
