Location: Highlands Ranch, CO Pay Rate: $25/hr Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: M-F 8:00am–5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Collect, label, and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
• Verify patient identification and ensure specimen labeling accuracy in the presence of patients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Deliver excellent customer service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel at ease
• Work independently to complete daily activities accurately and on time
• Float between locations as needed to support patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple sites as needed
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
