Our client is a growing AI company serving the chemistry, energy, and manufacturing industries. Their marketing team supports demand generation, thought leadership, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to help drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. As the team continues to expand, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate digital initiatives, and support content promotion across social media, email, paid media, and reporting.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, reporting, and campaign operations. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing lead to launch campaigns, coordinate assets, build email programs, manage digital advertising support, and monitor campaign performance. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple channels, managing competing priorities, and contributing to the growth of B2B marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support campaign setup, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing lead to execute marketing programs.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Content & Social Media

• Create and adapt content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Repurpose existing content into social media posts, promotional assets, and campaign materials.
• Interview internal subject matter experts to gather content and promotional insights.
• Schedule and publish content across digital channels.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing

• Build and deploy email marketing programs using HubSpot.
• Support audience segmentation and campaign execution.
• Monitor email campaign performance.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign results.

Paid Media

• Support campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Create and upload campaign assets.
• Build, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track campaign and channel performance.
• Build recurring marketing reports and dashboards.
• Share campaign insights and recommendations.
• Monitor marketing performance to support decision-making.

Qualifications Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or marketing operations.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing programs.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience managing social media and content marketing initiatives.
• Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience reporting on campaign performance and marketing analytics.
• Experience working in startup or fast-moving environments is a plus.

Qualifications Skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Strong campaign coordination and project management abilities.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
