Strategic Data AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights through advanced statistical analysis, data storytelling, and a strong understanding of business strategy. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and communicating findings to drive data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, perform outlier detection, and generate actionable insights.Conduct advanced statistical analyses, including regression modeling, hypothesis testing, and exploratory data analysis, to address business questions.Develop compelling narratives from data insights, articulating business implications, opportunities, and next steps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key business questions and provide solutions through data-driven approaches.Create and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.Use Python or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical modeling.Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to measure impact.Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.Qualifications:Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.Strong statistical foundation, with experience in regression, outlier detection, and hypothesis testing.3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in an understandable manner.Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Top Skills:SQLPython and RAbility to present complex findings in an understandable mannerExperience in Data Analysis and data transition
