Responsibilities

• Audits all finance deals to ensure they are processed accurately and timely.
• Works directly with customers, salespersons, banks or other institutions to obtain additional information.
• Enters data into the computer.
• Creates and generates reports as needed or requested.
• Ensure trade-ins have the proper paperwork so car can be processed.
• Works with service department to ensure after-market products are properly processed and delivered.
• Works with after-market service contracts to ensure compliance.
• Assist Finance Managers in processing documentation.
• Assist others as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.

Qualifications

• Basic math and accounting knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to carry out instructions.
• Computer skills, Microsoft office, Excel
• Ability to multitask.
