Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract at a rehab and long-term care facility in Berlin, NH. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents requiring rehabilitation services and extended care support.

This role requires strong clinical assessment skills, medication administration proficiency, and the ability to manage a geriatric and sub-acute patient population.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments

Monitor and document changes in patient condition

Provide wound care and post-acute care management

Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams

Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs

Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning

Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations

Requirements

Active RN license (New Hampshire or Compact State)

Experience in LTC, Rehab, or Skilled Nursing preferred

Ability to work 12-hour day shifts

Strong documentation and communication skills

Experience with geriatric and sub-acute populations preferred
