Advance your nursing leadership career with a 14-week travel opportunity supporting a Step-Down Unit in an acute care setting. This leadership role focuses on improving patient care, monitoring staff performance, and supporting nursing operations through effective supervision and quality improvement.
Assignment Details:
Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Nurse Supervisor
Unit: Step-Down Unit
Location: Bronx, NY
Assignment Length: 14 weeks
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Requirements:
Active NY RN license
Primary source verification of RN license and registration through the New York State Education Department
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
BLS certification
At least 7 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, staff performance management, and patient care oversight skills
Experience with corrective action processes and medication-error documentation
