Requirements

• Current RN license
• Relevant certifications in critical care nursing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an ICU or CCU setting

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs and prioritize implementation of nursing interventions.
• Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing practices.
• Supervise and guide clinical staff, delegating appropriate tasks and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support resource management related to patient care to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Compliance / Notes

• Orientation and training will be provided as per facility policies.
• Background checks and drug screening are required prior to assignment.
