Our dedication to serving our guests and each other sets us apart.Team Spirit: We work hard, but never miss an opportunity to celebrate our achievements together.Comprehensive Training: We provide thorough training in all aspects of our restaurant operations.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation up to $21-$25/hr depending on experience and availabilityHealth Benefits Contribution (full-time)401kAccess to scholarships at up to $2,500 per yearSundays OffFree Meals and DiscountsFlexible SchedulingResponsibilities:Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team.Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A customer service standards and productivity.Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food meets customer expectations.Manage the dining room layout and decor to create a hospitable atmosphere.Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors.Ensure smooth front of house / FOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed.Monitor and manage inventory for FOH and hospitality supplies.Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the front of the store.Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in customer service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management is required.Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports.Open Availability preferred.
