Vice President Commercial - Americas (Chicago)

As part of an ambitious commercial transformation, the business is evolving from a product-focused organisation to a customer-centric, solution-led model, creating an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape its future growth.We are looking for a VP Commercial who will be responsible for the Americas region.This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for the commercial business across the region. The successful candidate will lead the commercial transformation, double the Americas business (now approximately $50m), strengthen strategic customer and distributor partnerships, support the development of commercial excellence, and develop a high-performing regional organisation.
