We are seeking an LADC-MH, LADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health and SUD treatment, possesses strong clinical skills, and is eager to grow professionally in a supportive setting. This role involves providing individual sessions and group sessions while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments including but not limited to BPS, GAD7, PHQ9, Trauma, C-SSRS, etc and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for clients with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, and emotional regulation.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members to coordinate client care.
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing training to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines as outlined by the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure and relevant licensing boards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active registration with the BBHL
• Experience or strong interest in mental health and SUD treatment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
