Job Description
The Accounts Payable and Customer Service role is essential for managing payment processes while providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. This position handles a low volume of transactions daily and works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth account reconciliation and accurate data entry using tools such as QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process payments accurately and timely
- Provide responsive customer support to internal and external clients
- Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems
- Collaborate regularly with other departments to resolve discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in accounts payable and customer service
