As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing documents, managing case files, and assisting with client communications. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient legal operations and accurate documentation within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation
- Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
- Manage case files and organize evidentiary materials
- Interact with clients to gather information and provide updates
- File legal documents with courts and maintain records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with legal writing for briefs, motions, and memos
- Maintain clear and professional communication within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in legal support roles
