Business Law Associate Attorney

Job Description

We are seeking a 2 to 4 years experienced Associate Attorney to join the Corporate/Business Law team. Opportunity to handle corporate and transactional matters with significant client interaction, strong growth potential, and a collaborative practice environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle business, corporate, and transactional legal matters.
Assist with commercial real estate transactions as needed.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
Advise and communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Contribute to practice development while delivering high quality legal services.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in business, corporate, and transactional law.
Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Active Virginia Bar admission required.
