Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team in Phoenix. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to immerse themselves in a dynamic business environment while gaining hands-on experience across key operational areas.

As a trainee, you will participate in a structured development program that prepares you for future leadership positions within the company. You will work closely with experienced managers, gaining insight into strategic decision-making, team leadership, and business operations.

Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program
Assist in daily business operations and team coordination
Collaborate with department leaders to understand core functions
Support planning and execution of internal projects
Analyze performance metrics and contribute to process improvements
Develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making scenarios
