Visitor Services Associate
U Mass Memorial Health
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Visitor Screening Ambassador to greet patients and visitors, provide information, and support the hospital’s visitor management program. You will assist with scheduling, security and confidentiality procedures, and coordinate transportation as needed. The role requires strong customer service, phone and computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
