About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Global Workplace and Enterprise Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all facilities and site support operations across multiple locations. This includes oversight of site operations and amenities, master planning, security operations, utility generation and distribution, warehouse operations, maintenance and repair, and management of the Integrated Facilities Management partnership. The role demands a strong focus on creating a great workplace experience, maintaining reliable and compliant operations, and enabling employees to innovate and collaborate. The AVP will also be tasked with managing a large, diverse workforce and a significant operating and capital budget, ensuring safety, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates for this role at the company should have a BS in Engineering or equivalent, with at least 15 years' experience in a multi-faceted operational environment. Key skills required include strong people management, communication, change management, and negotiating skills, as well as a proven track record in enterprise leadership and business and financial acumen. The role requires a leader with a growth mindset, capable of driving continuous process improvement and utilizing data analytics to enhance operational efficiencies. Experience in facilities management, particularly in the context of industrial, NFPA standards, DOT, GXP, and other regulatory agency requirements, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a background in program management, be a strong advocate for inclusion, and have experience with external partners and agencies.
