Absolute Hospice, Inc. seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care in patients' homes or private residences. The role involves on-call weekend coverage and PRN shifts to support our patient-centered hospice program. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and care team, and ensure accurate documentation.
