The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750 - $133,100/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.*# **Tasks and Qualifications:****This Is What You Will Do in This Role*** Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies* Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience* Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions* Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers* Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards**What We Are Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field* Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization* Proven strong, technical sales experience* Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects* Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction* Ability to balance multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests, and set priorities accordingly* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)#LI-RB1
