Torii is opening soon, and we're building a team of cooks who care about great food, consistency, and working in a high energy kitchen.

We're a noodle bar focused on bold flavors, ramen, and craveable comfort dishes-and we're looking for someone who takes pride in what they put on a plate.

Your day to day:

Execute dishes consistently and with attention to detail
Work multiple stations (ramen, fry, saute, prep)
Keep a clean, organized, and efficient station
Support your team during busy service
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What we are looking for:

1-2yrs kitchen experience preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to move with urgency during peak hours
Team-first mindset-no egos, just execution
Pride in quality and consistency
