Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
• Assist with obstetric triage, supporting high-risk antepartum and emergent care needs
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical histories using the Epic charting system
• Administer medications and perform assessments as required, including APGAR scores and neonatal evaluations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
• Ensure adherence to facility protocols and best practices in maternal and fetal care

Qualifications

• Valid AK RN license required; pending license accepted with conditions
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor & Delivery preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, and NRP certifications required
• Proficiency in Epic charting system
• Charge experience preferred or willingness to be trained
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as required
