Print Production Associate at Sparks Group Cleveland, OH

Job Summary Sparks Group has partnered with a leading global print production/delivery company to hire a Print Production Associate for a long-term contract. The position is fully on‑site five days a week. Candidates with at least one year of experience in print production and customer service are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform document assembly and finishing. Receive, review and electronically log customer jobs. Operate standard finishing equipment such as paper cutters, inserters, laminating machines, and hole punchers. Apply asset tags to office equipment and update the database. Track and coordinate the movement, addition, or change of office equipment assets at customer accounts. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing faxes, and log them for billing purposes. Log incoming packages and other accountable mail. Collect and submit meter reads. Maintain appropriate supply inventory and distribute supplies as required. Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs. Track and store jobs for reuse at a future date and maintain reporting logs and information for billing. Qualifications At least one year of experience in customer service. Preferably at least one year of experience in print production. Preferred experience operating production printers, folders, and insert machines. Preferred experience with copy center/mailroom functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
