Virtual Sales Enterprise Territory Manager

Baxter seeks a Virtual Territory Manager for California to promote medication delivery, pharma, and nutrition products to acute-care hospitals. The role involves building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving quota across a diverse portfolio while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas across Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy product lines
- Execute sales strategies and business plans to meet volume, mix, and profit targets
- Contact acute-care hospital customers and deliver product presentations and education
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while optimizing GPO contracts
- Provide market insights and feedback to management and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3+ years sales experience or 4+ years relevant industry experience
- Preferred clinical or science background
- Proven sales performance with strong team orientation and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Data analysis skills to inform and support sales strategies
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot)
- Willingness to travel 15-20% for customer visits
Compensation: $60,000-$82,500 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
