Transnation Title Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer to join our Kalamazoo team and manage commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy finding solutions, and take pride in delivering outstanding service to clients, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and other partners, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoManage commercial escrow transactions from order opening through closing and post-closing.Review title commitments, pro forma policies, and transaction documents.Prepare settlement statements, escrow instructions, and closing documentation.Coordinate closing schedules, funding, disbursements, and communications among all parties.Analyze entity documentation, including corporate, partnership, trust, and organizational records.Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues while ensuring compliance with underwriting and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and referral partners.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.What We're Looking ForAssociate Degree with a minimum of 3 years of commercial escrow and title experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
