Salary: $50K - $60K

What your future day will look like:

• Maintain brand consistency through in-depth training documentation, assessment, follow up and communication.
• Assist in defining new processes and tools functionality to accomplish training goals.
• Liaison with the employees, stakeholders and department leads to become the SME on various company branches.
• Support the LMS system with user access, troubleshooting and uploading coursework and assigning curriculum.
• Market training classes to multiple facilities around the United States.
• Assist in the instructional design process from storyboarding to facilitation.

Type: Direct hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (e.g., Education, Organization Development, Human Resources, Technical, Psychology, Sociology)
• Degrees in Education, Instructional Design and Organizational Development is preferred.
• Experience in designing curriculums for learning and development processes
• LMS and e-learning tools experience preferred.
