Licensed Practical Nurse – Private Duty New Brunswick, NJ 08901 We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing team in Middlesex County, New Jersey. This role focuses on providing hands‑on, individualized care to a single client each day in their home. Key Responsibilities Travel to one client home, following a schedule that matches your preferences. Execute and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Provide skilled nursing care with autonomy in the home setting. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited nursing program. Current, good‑standing Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of New Jersey. Compensation & Schedule Pay up to $35/hr based on qualifications.
