After initial training, you will have the opportunity to further develop your clinical expertise in a variety of areas, including: Pharmacy student precepting PGY-1 residency program participation Outpatient pharmacy Oncology, medication management/ambulatory care, and critical care You will also engage in multidisciplinary committees , playing an active role in process improvements that enhance patient safety and ensure cutting‑edge care. License : Valid Indiana Pharmacy License . Preferred Experience : Recent hospital pharmacy experience within the last 5 years (new graduates with a strong hospital work background will also be considered).
