Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Lead Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Lead Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the design, development, and delivery of a sophisticated Portfolio Management Platform within Commercial Banking. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams including business stakeholders, product owners, UX designers, technology experts, and AI/data partners. Your expertise will help drive innovative initiatives from discovery through to successful implementation, making a tangible impact on portfolio management processes and platform capabilities.

What's the Job?

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and validation of complex business and functional requirements independently.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, business rules, and user stories to facilitate seamless platform development.
• Collaborate with UX designers to craft intuitive workflows, wireframes, and user experiences that meet business objectives.
• Support agile product delivery by creating and maintaining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and assist in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and analyze data to validate requirements and support solution design, including AI-enabled capabilities.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience supporting complex technology or platform initiatives, with a focus on business analysis.
• Proven ability to create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and comprehensive business documentation.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and source-to-target data mapping across multiple systems.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams on workflows and screen design to enhance user experience.
• Strong background working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams, with proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.
