Strategic HR Manager — Remote Recruiting & People Operations

FCA is seeking a Human Resources Manager in the United States to lead strategic HR initiatives, oversee field employee relations, and drive full-cycle talent acquisition for the Support Center and executive leadership. The role partners with Payroll and Benefits, ensures regulatory compliance, and guides organizational change while aligning with FCA's mission and values.
