• Litigate complex insurance coverage and construction-related disputes
• Analyze and interpret sophisticated insurance policy language
• Draft coverage opinions and litigation strategy mem
• orandaHandle pleadings, motions, depositions, discovery, and court appearances
• Collaborate with clients and litigation teams on high-exposure matters

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Active California Bar admission (Connecticut or Florida admission also welcomed)
• 3–7 years of litigation experience
• Strong state and/or federal court experience
• Ability to manage complex matters and work effectively in a team environment
