Our organization is in search of a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon to become part of our collaborative team in South Sacramento. 1. Team Structure : Following this recruitment, our team will consist of 9 surgeons, including 3 specializing in Hand/Shoulder/Elbow, 2 in Total Joint (hips/knees), 2 in Sports, and 2 in Trauma.

2. Collaborative Approach : Engage closely with 2 skilled Physician Assistants and dedicated Surgical Assistants.

3. Surgical Focus : Concentration on Upper Extremity procedures, both elective and non-elective, with a strong preference for expertise in hand, elbow, and shoulder surgeries.

4. Operating Room Time : The aim is to achieve 2 days of OR time each week.

5. On-Call Schedule : Approximately 1 in 9 (Level 2 community trauma), with dedicated trauma room time available, staffed by Trauma Orthopedic Surgeons for cases picked up on call the following day or later.

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible for a California medical license or currently licensed to practice in California
