divh2Territory Sales Representative | Hydraulic Industrial Hose/h2pWe are representing a leading global distributor of hydraulic and industrial hoses, known for its extensive inventory and application expertise. This is a field-based role focused on managing and growing a Miami-Dade territory with strong upside potential. This position focuses on developing new business while growing and re-engaging an existing customer base. The territory includes a large database of accounts, with a significant opportunity to drive new revenue. You will work directly with customers to support hose and fitting needs, provide solutions, and deliver a high level of service./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliDevelop new prospects and grow existing accounts within the territory/liliBuild strong relationships to become a trusted supplier/liliAssess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions/liliCoordinate with internal teams to ensure strong service and execution/liliDrive revenue growth within the territory/li/ulpstrongRequired Skills and Qualifications What Were Looking For/strong/pulli5+ years of sales experience in hose, fluid power, or related industrial products/liliKnowledge of hose applications, fittings, and related industries/liliExperience calling on industrial, construction, or maintenance customers/liliStrong communication and relationship-building skills/liliAbility to operate independently in a field-based role/liliBilingual English/Spanish required/li/ulpstrongTerritory Travel/strong/pulliMiami-Dade County (field-based role)/liliTravel is primarily local within the assigned territory/li/ulpstrongCompensation Benefits/strong/pulliBase salary $65K$75K + uncapped commission/liliCar allowance, company-provided tools, and full benefits/liliAdditional bonus incentives available/li/ul/div
