Nurse Supervisor LPNJoin an organization that cares deeply about the success of our team, asks questions to explore new possibilities and our mission is to inspire your best life.Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring an LPN Supervisor Full-time to join our Wellness & Home Care Care teams!The LPN Supervisor is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."Shift: Preferred hours are 9:00a-5:00p, Monday-Friday and Every Other WeekendSalary rate: $32 - $34 per hour depending on experienceA day in the life may include:Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythmPerforming comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessmentsInitiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident careDeveloping assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfactionTo be successful in the role, you would have:Current LPN or RN license in the state for which applyingCurrent CPR certificationPrior nursing experience in home care senior care setting, preferredPrior supervisory experienceKnowledge of Pennsylvania Home Care regulationsWhat's in it for you?
