Front Desk Woodbridge, NJOur busy and growing Wellness Center that includes Physical Medicine, Chiropractic, Rehab Exercise, Natural Healthcare and Nutrition in the Perth Amboy/Woodbridge area is in need of a Front Desk/Receptionist who has an enthusiastic personality, and is ready to excel! Must want to be a part of a busy practice, must be positive, outgoing and love people. Must be willing to do whatever it takes to take care of our patients. Must be fluent in Spanish/English and be able to translate if needed. This position is vital to the growth of our practice and the success of our patients. Duties include answering phone, keeping statistics, overseeing and assisting patients with forms and insurance. The soft skills we desire include friendliness, outgoing, attention to detail, dependability, reliability, empathy and internal drive to succeed and help others succeed for overall improved quality of life.
Individuals must have a caring and professional voice, have a willing disposition, a winning attitude and be a self-starter. Our practice is a dedicated group of people who have a purpose to help as many people as possible. We touch and change the lives of the patients that we care for. If you are looking for a purpose and a calling and not just a job, then you may qualify. We are seeking to fill the front desk position. If you are a Medical Assistant, have experience or have insurance knowledge, this is a bonus!
