·Varies Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri and/or Sat. Picking your own schedule is frequently possible.

· Onsite in Albuquerque, NM preferred, Hybrid work is possible.

· Annual rate increase and bonuses.

· New Mexico Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Family Therapy is REQUIRED.

· This position is a 1099 contract position.

· All therapists are required to attend one monthly all staff meeting.

We are offering a $500 sign on bonus for an onsite child therapist billing at least 8 hours per week for four months. Additional $500 after 6 months.

Non-independent level therapists will be provided a minimum of one hour of supervision per week, free of charge by a LCSW or LPCC supervisor credentialed by the New Mexico RLD and the Arizona BBHE.

Job Duties

· Assessments and treatment plans.

· Individual child and/or family counseling.

· Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours of treatment session.

· Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.

· Collaborate with health care professionals to coordinate care.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

License/Certification:

· NEW MEXICO LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT (Required)
