Join Our Observation Unit TeamEligible for $7500 Sign-on BonusJoin a fast-paced, patient-focused team on our 16-bed Observation Unit—where surgical recovery meets exceptional care. Our Observation Unit primarily cares for post-surgical patients requiring short hospital stays. Approximately 75% of our patients are transferred from PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) for overnight monitoring, while the remaining 25% are admitted from the Emergency Department for short-term observation.
